Refund policy

We offer a 2-day return policy, with some restrictions. Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund. Pre-owned watches may be returned as long as they are in the same condition as when sold, complete with all boxes, papers, books, and accessories.

Upon receiving the returned item, one of our watch experts will inspect it to confirm that it is in its original condition, with all tags (including "non-removable" tags) and accessories intact. If the watch passes the inspection, we will issue a refund, minus any return shipping and insurance fees paid by Rons n' Sons and transaction fees.
